The OO: Spicy Beef Bulgogi Bowl Combo Meal is the one item I’ve ever ordered, and I truly love it. It’s prepared consistentlythe same way and although it has a bit of spice, it’s not overwhelming. The meal comes with white rice and kimchi, which makes it quite filling. I know how much I enjoy it, and I feel confident I’ll be choosing it again.

Dining in never been problem and I like eating here, but don't be ripped off with delivery!
Hotpot: Bland and small portion of meat, even if you pay extra for extra meat. Bento: Overcooked/dry. The few times I've ordered, I just end up throwing rest away.
Either dine in for AYCE, or order from anywhere else instead, so you won't be ripped off.

Never disappoints -- one of the tastiest, most tender and well-seasoned items on this menu! Kimichi always adds that extra pizzaz!

The OO: Gyoza were soggy but decent and the hot pot was very bland. I don't mean to hate, I frequently go to OO: KPOT Everything Hot Pot and I love it , but the delivery was very bland. The portion of the hotpot was very good though.

There was barely any chicken in the KPOT Chicken Hot Pot that I ordered. There was so little that it was hard to distinguish the chicken from the ramen noodles. Also the broth was spicy from the chili flakes but had no depth of flavor. I had to doctor up the broth with ingredients that I had at home--soy sauce and sweet chili/duck sauce. The dumplings were good.
