They messed up my order royalty and then sent the remake in a plastic bag and it was still better than most places.

This is the worst Krispy chic Ive ever had. It did not have any seasoning on the chicken. The fries were an individual order for 12 pieces . This was ridiculous.

Poorly packaged everything just thrown in a plastic bag. Mashed Potatoes missing. Gravy smells like mop water. Mac and cheese watery. I will not be eating this.

Quality went downhill hard. Doesn't look like Krispy Krunchy, doesn't taste like Krispy Krunchy. Wedges are soft and limp, chicken is tough and bland, and the mac is a tasteless soup.

The chicken was dipped in batter that had zero flavor and it was way over cooked. The bisquit was a hard as a stone. I received a container of gravy that was covered by foil and a rubber band to keep the foil in place. There was no mash potatoe in the gravy or it was drowned by the gravy. The gravy seeped messily out from the container. The chicken and gravy tasted bad! The chicken was placed in a tray but not covered by foil. The pieces were just open to air. The plastic bag my order was delivered in was also open - not tied.
