The chicken was on point! The crispy skin and juicy meat never fails from Krispy Krunchy. I'm knocking 1 star though for the biscuits. Those things were rock solid! Gonna have to pass on the biscuits next time.

The food quality at this place has gone way down. Did management change? Nothing tastes how it's supposed to. The chicken is way over done, tough and chewy rather than crispy. The biscuits tasted like blueberries or something that's closer to burnt cookies than honey biscuits. Only the red beans and rice tasted good, but I only received a small container when I ordered large. Super disappointing

I usually love Krispy Krunchy Chicken, but this recent order was really disappointing. The rice had a stale smell and tasted off, and the chicken didn’t seem fresh at all. It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time—warm on the outside but dry and not appetizing. I expected better quality, especially since this is one of my favorite spots. Honestly, I would’ve had a better experience ordering from KFC or Wingstop. Hope this location can improve their food freshness and quality.

All the food was hard, and unedible. Krispy Shrimp did not come with 10 pieces, and potatoes. Krispy Shrimp was hard and I couldn't bite it. Four Pieces of Chicken Combo was dry and hard

The food was inedible, as it was so salty and the red beans and rice was so spicy I could not eat it. The shrimp were tough and also very salty.
