I enjoyed both the shrimp tempura and the chicken wings. The shrimp had a crispy coating and was tender inside. The sauce was slightly sweet and paired perfectly with the shrimp. The chicken wings were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I especially loved the garlic flavor in the wings, and the sauce was delicious as well. my food arrived fast and food was hot

I recently read a great review for KT Shan so thought I'd try. The Shan Mee Shay noodles were incredibly spicy but no where on the menu does it indicate chili or pepper or spice. Couldn't eat more than a few bites. The Tea Leaf Salad was mediocre at best - I'd give it a 2 compared to the same salad at The Green Elephant which is a 10+. I really wanted to love the food as it's so close to us, but I'll make the drive to Loomis next time. Maybe it would be better when dining in.

Every dish here tasted really good and the portions felt adequate. The food was delivered fresh and timely. The dish that reall stood out to me was the 1. Crunchy Burmese Tea Leaf Salad ans 3. Mont Hin Khar , I would defidefinitely order these again.
