The Oreo Wow and the Taro Slush never fail to disappoint but also, the customer service is really nice and accommodating! I really appreciate the quality and kindness!

I really want people to understand the seriousness of how bad this location is quality wise. I have been to the location in Parker and Northfield and both are uniform in their taste and quality. It's great! However this location always has a sewer smell inside and the drinks have a uniform off taste. It doesn't matter the drink - it always has a bad stale taste. I truly believe their boba is stale or a prime ingredient they use is stale and that is the cause of the smell of the store. No shade to the staff. I know you all are just doing your job. But please, do not order from this location I truly worry it is a public health concern.

the tea came hot to touch, I don't know what the flavor of the tea was but it was not the flavor I ordered. and the whole thing had no ice and had not been blended up . it was very disappointing

My tea was not blended at all. Some sips no sweetener, some sips all sweet.
