Best items are gonna be the ones with the most sushi pieces on the plate like the Golden Crunchy Roll or the California Roll. This place does sushi really well and offers a lot of different choices, but still has a lot of other cool choices too like ramen and udon.

I mean I didn't realise I was only getting 2 pieces of Salmon Sashimi and they were smalllllllll but they were stlk buttery. but the Seared Beef with Yakiniku Sauce was good.and the Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon*was yummy and actually geat value.

Absolutely one of the best places in the Twin Cities to get sushi. Note: The dine-in sushi-train experience is a must for anyone who likes sushi. The misses and I love their different salmon and scallop options. For those who prefer cooked options, their beef fried rice, crispy chicken, and crispy fries are all awesome.

Overall tasty BUT I have been eating sushi since I was 2. I have enjoyed it all over the country nd in Winnipeg. One of my very favorites is salmon skin.
I have never ever been presented with uncooked salmon skin. I hope never to have it again.
Saba/mackerel is another and that was also on the off side. Other thank these, all was good!

The "waygu" was so chewy, it was a very unpleasant mouth feel. tiny portion for 4.10 each
