Some brands of ingredients don't have certain allergens in them, so one might not expect the dish at a restaurant to have that allergen. For example, most kimchi ive come across is gluten free. Jj's isnt . I have accidentally ordered toppings (at additional cost) that I couldn't eat. I put my allergy information in the request box (thank you for actually allowing it. I cant eat at 90% of places just because i cant tell them i have an allergy in the first place). They do package them separately, which I greatly appreciate, to avoid cross contamination. It would be nice to avoid the waste (food, one use plastic containers, money) in the first place. So I give 5 stars because the food is so good, and in the end I can at least eat the food when it gets here. Most other places just dump it all together when this situation arises, contaminating the entire dish. "
