The Kuro Ramen 黑蒜面 was top notch. I asked them to leave out the mushrooms, because I'm not a huge fan, any everything else was delicious! Probably some of the best broth I've had in the area. Chashu was just a little tougher than I like, but I'm picky on that.

I would definitely recommend the Creamy Veggie Ramen 素奶油面. Extremely delicious and exactly as advertised. Decent portion for the price as well.

Was wondering what the difference between Kuro and Kurume Ramen but I think Kuro has black garlic and the amount of garlic is much more. As always, chashu was perfectly marinated and tender, ajitama also marinated and soft boiled, and broth had the perfect amount of saltiness. They definitely paid attention to deal. For sure the best Ramen shop in Denton! Recommendations if you take it Togo: reheat the broth separately for about 30-60 seconds. Then pour into the ramen bowl. Reheat everything for an additional 30 seconds.

I ordered the Sushi Regular , the nigiri/sushi was pretty bland. Tuna was the best, the salmon had a bite to it, yellow tail tasted fishy when it usually doesn't. The California roll was fine, nothing crazy. Kind of upset about the nigiri taste though. /: I will say the portion was pretty decent though. Not sure I would order it again, at least not on door dash / for delivery.

Both items I purchased are flavorful and fresh. The Spider Roll is a new try for me. Very crispy and tender veggies. Amazing. Love the teriyaki flavor of the Chashu 2 Pieces加叉烧. Overall, I was pleased with presentation and flavor.
