The ramen broth was delicious, really rich and umami with just a bit of a kick. The eggs were also cooked beautifully with a soft yolk. The noodles were also very good, and the shumai were flavorful, too. The miso soup was also pretty good, it could have been salted just a little more.

Above and beyond service. They even added a small homemade dessert. The food was delicious. Their chicken katsu was made with white meat and it was crispy. Extra kind people as well.
