Little bit of a mixed bag here. Everything is very flavorful, fresh and delicious but, not perfect.
The tofu salad rolls split apart immediately and were a disaster to eat. Basically a decomposed roll. Delicious, seasoned, great flavor, very hard to eat.
Charbroiled Meat Skewer - Chicken skewer is good. Not amazing but good.
Cream Cheese Wontons delicious! And the sauce they come with is epic. I think it's what sweet and sour should be and never is. I want it on everything!
The side of Side Beef Broth for $6 is only 1 pint and it's not even full. That feels a little skimpy. Very good Side Beef Broth, herbaceous with a good star anise flavor. But feels small for the price.

Although I have already left a glowing review of the cream cheese wontons, the Luc Lac must be also addressed in glowing terms. Adding the dressing to the meat and salad works wonders, and I highly recommend the extra meat, as marinating in the dressing overnight adds phenomenal flavor, and is actually delicious cold. Definitely will always be a favorite with the wontons, but look forward to trying other items, as everything is, as a friend of mine would say, next level, top notch.

This is what the most amazing bowl of pho looks like extra meat extra noodles, extra broth all the veggies absolutely amazing never ever disappointed. Worth every penny I love you guys.

I love the Pho Train. Im a fan of everything at Luc Lac. I like to order it with extra tendon. However, you can't go wrong with any dishes on the menu.
Luc Lac is by far, IMHO, some of the best Pho spots in downtown Portland. If not the best in the whole Portland area.
The magic is in the broth. It’s full flavored, yet not salty and not watered down at all. They really hit the marks.
They dont short on the portions either. the Pho containers are always brimming with that divine broth and delicious meats.
Its a great little venue on the corner. You can dine in or hang outside under the covered picnic tables. The staff is always hearty and super cool.
Im currently located in the Oncology unit at OHSU. So im not able to visit in person. Which I love to do. They work great with DoorDash and the food is always just as good delivered.
P.S. I would love the option for 2 sets of chopsticks in the DoorDash app. As I usually have leftovers.

Pho 3 Meat Selection comes with the meat packaged in the broth, which means the rare steak gets overcooked. However the flavor is wonderful.
Side Beef Broth is only a pint! For the price, I assumed it would be a quart (like every other pho place).
