So I already love their carne asada fries and birria fries, but these pastor fries??? BOMB. So good!!!
so much meat with so much flavor. Fair warning though: the fries are soggy. It can't be helped when there's so much goodness on top. Personally, I love soggy fries as long as they're not stale and these are definitely not stale!
I'm telling you, you wont regret ordering from this spot!

I wanted a light lunch and went for a Mulita de Birria with extra meat, with a side of Consomé. My only mistake was believing that this would be a light lunch - it was packed with meat, and they didn't skimp on the fixings - cilantro and onion, with grilled onions on the side as well as red / green sauce. Definitely will add to my regular rotations of taco trucks / birria specifically!

The asada fries are shmack! Birria tacos are always good. But I went for something different to satisfy my late night cravings. The plate was hella heavy and worth every penny. Best asada fries I ever had!!

The aguachile tasted almost rotten, and wayyyy too spicy for me, I payed 18$ for basically a medium cup and 7 pieces of shrimp. I probably won't order again this was my second time ordering, and the birra tacos are nothing like the picture and didn't come with the lil sauce

The quesadilla de birria was delicious, especially with Consomé / Broth for Dip added. I just wish they'd removed the onions and cilantro like I'd asked. It ended up tasting mostly like soap to me, even after I manually removed most of the cilantro. I asked them to remove the onions because I'm not medically clear to ingest whole onion. The rest of my order was lovely- especially the rice with consomé added to it!
