10/10 every time i order! Fried Green Plantains/Tostones pictured after I ate one but they're delicious and a nice size! Fried Pork/Carne frita con arroz con gandules is sooooooooo great every. single. time!!!

The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. Their tacos are packed with perfectly seasoned meats, the empanadas are crispy and flavorful, and the mofongo is a must-try! The portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade.

The Steak Steak Sandwich from here, were BIGGER when they initially opened, but STILL, very DELICIOUS.
The Whole Sweet Plantain w/ground beef/Canoa de platano maduro con carne platter, my absolute favorite.
The Stuffed Potatoes are pretty BIG, making it a great appetizer, or a quick fix, while on the run.

GarliGarlic Yuca/ Yuca Al mojo seasoned with perfection; every piece thoroughly cooked.Onions Steak/Bistec encebollado The plantains in this platter were sliced TOO THICK, therefore hard, undercooked, and inedible, in the center.
The rest of the dish was delicious though.

Although the sandwich was overall warm upon arrival, the pork inside the sandwich was noticeably very cold. It seems as if the pork might be stored in the fridge till ordered, but it definitely wasn't heated before applying in the sandwich. The sandwich presser is hardly enough to reach the center of the sandwich.
Garlic Yuca/ Yuca Al mojo
is usually very good,.. unfortunately this time the yuca wasn't boiled long enough. It was quite hard, and some of the pieces were still white/raw in the center.
Fried Cassava (Yucca) was delicious as usual, fried fried to perfection, golden crispy on the outside and (fully cooked) soft on the inside.
Steak Sandwich was good as usual, and so were the French Fries.
In spite of today's mishaps, I order from here every Saturday and plan to continue doing so, only bc the food is usually good.
