We've ordered from you before and it's been good. Last night it was horrible. The chicken in the quesadilla tasted frozen. The nachos were small the meat tasted like cardboard. My son's burrito was small and dry. What happened

Food is always good, everything was cold today. We not liking the kids chicken and fries, I thought they were going to be real chicken strips but more like McDonalds chicken nuggets and we not a fan of those nuggets.
