Superb!!! The seasoning and portion of food is what's kept me coming back past year and half. Hands down the best I've had in a while. The seasoning of the quesabirria is as close as to my moms cooking as I can get.

I ordered the birria grilled cheese and it was soo good! Depending on your appetite, the sandwich may be big enough to share or for two meals. My only "complaint" is that there was a fair bit of meat in the consommé and I ran out of sauce at the end. That could very well be a me problem though and how much I dipped the sandwich. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely order it again

the torta was terrible. the bread was ridiculously thick, stale, and had a bad aftertaste. I couldn't take more than two bites of it. the asada was a single thin steak, but it was so tough I had it in both my bare hands trying to rip a piece off with my teeth and I still couldn't. literally inedible. I gave up and trashed it.

I ordered the Torta - "lonches de pierna" which is basically SUPER JUICY pulled pork.
This sandwich changed my life - the meat juices soak into the bread, and there are chunks of jalapeño(?) and other veg to break up the softness of the other fillings. Phenomenal!
