As you can see from this photo, the Grilled Salmon Salad is as appealing to the eyes as to the taste buds. It was almost a shame to eat it.
Salmon was perfectly grilled, romaine lettuce was fresh and the toppings (sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shredded cotija cheese) were all fresh and tasty as well.
It's a generous sized serving - fits into a 10" pie plate. I would guesstimate the salmon filet is about 6 oz. It will fill you up.
Came with chips and salsa on the side.

the short rib enchiladas were incredible. The sauce for the enchiladas was delicious. And the carnitas, especially in the Chile relleno, was the best part for me. Great portions with fresh ingredients. I can tell this restaurant takes incredible pride in their food. New favorite of mine.

Wow, this might just become my new favorite!
The taco meat is, especially flavorful and tender. Not sure if it’s pork, beef or goat. But if it’s goat, that’s gonna be one of my new favorite foods. Very tasty. I think there were four corn tortillas nicely made and tender.
The enchilada is a little smaller than I expected based on past experiences with other establishments, but still a good size and excellent portion. One of the reasons I chose them was that I read they make their own sauces. I got the enchilada with house sauce and found the sauce to be a little sweet. I’m trying to stay away from sugar so hoping they didn’t add any.
Overall excellent traditional flavors with subtle heat (perfect for me) and just downright delicious food!
The only issue is that there is so much and I can’t eat it all at once and I would be very sorry if I did! Okay so that is not really an issue.
Everything looks and tastes fresh to include all the condiments. I prefer taste and quality over heat, spice and pizazz and they delivered! I will definitely be ordering from the again.

The short rib enchiladas are excellent. The meat is tender but not dry and the sauce is phenomenal. By far one of my favorite enchiladas I've ever had!
Chips were fresh and perfectly salted and the salsa is tasty, not too spicy

2 Combinations (Two Items)
First of all, very generously sized portions. You won't need a side if you are ordering for one and get one of the two item combos. I ordered mine with the chicken enchilada with mole and a tamal. The tamal was delicious. There is no choice of meat and I'm not sure if it was beef or pork. Delicious either way. You get a choice or rice and beans or salad; I chose salad, but they also included a small side of rice and beans at no extra charge. A small bag of colorful chips (red, white and blue) was included as well.
I had no more room after finishing the tamal, but the enchilada looks delicious as well. I will reheat it with the rice and beans for dinner tomorrow. If you're ordering for two people, this combo is large enough to split.
Elote (corn on the cob) is the next best thing to grilling it yourself. It's a full ear of corn, with grill marks and a handy skewer to make it easier to pick up, and smothered in sour cream, cheese and chili powder. Yum.
