Potato Enchiladas ~ always yum. First time trying the Enchiladas Poblanas ~ very yum, not spicy at all, tender chicken. Lot of onions on top but they tasted good. Rice is always yum, they do it perfectly.

Queso dip, while delicious, is the consistency of water and the overcharge you for what looks like 1/4 cup

Sooo good and tasted fresh for both Mexican Potatoes and Enchiladas Verdes. The chicken was really good. Excited to try again.

The Bufalito Quesadilla has real bacon and it is the most delicious combination I didn't know I needed
