they ran out of the Creamy Chipotle Shrimp Plate but I got the chicken enchiladas instead, theyre still my favourite :)

carnitas re burnt rice is wet and mushy only came with 1 tortilla.
tamales there is no taste and crumble when I try and open them.
really be experience today. very disappointed

I am completely shocked, considering the last time I ordered barbacoa tacos, they were delicious. This is tasteless scraps of shredded greasy, unseasoned meat, the rice is totally dried out. The beans were fine. The parfait was delicious. Now I'm curious if the proprietor will make this right. I will save it in case they want to see it.

I really wanted to like this place but they make it impossible. I've tried Laredo multiple times now and have been disappointed each time. The tortillas (both corn and flour) are tasteless and almost seem stale in texture. The refried beans are okay but the eggs have a weird smell to them and no taste. The barbacoa is gelatinous and flavorless. I love a good breakfast taco anywhere, but this just isn't it.

My DoorDash driver arrived 10 minutes after I placed my order and he had to wait an additional 15 minutes for two tacos. I ordered appetizer chips and queso and instead of queso. I got a cup of shredded cheese when I tried to call the local phone number for where the order was placed and picked up nobody would answer and it goes straight to a fax machine. It's a shame because the food is delicious but if this is the service that I'm going to get I won't order from here anymore.
