pico was super skimpy and definitely didn't feel fresh, and something was definitely up with their salsa today, but the tacos themselves were great. got some weird undercooked bacon on the side for some reason instead of in the burritos but oh well lol, I appreciate the effort I guess :)
they really gotta work on getting fresh pico and salsa out there though... been there in person and it is almost always old

I guess for the price the food is ok, but nothing really tastes seasoned. The tortillas just taste like flour, the beans were bland, potatoes slightly undercooked, and I am not sure if they have ever actually added salsa to my orders which would probably add some flavor.

My family and I were visiting the area and decided to order from Laredo Taco Company. The food was tasty. We purchased one order of Nachos with chicken for the 3 children 7 and under to share. There was still leftovers so this was a bargain. The Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was rather tasty as well but not large enough to share between two adults. We also purchased the Nachos with steak and lots of extra toppings at no additional charge. This was a great idea as it was enough to satisfy 2 adults. They didn't provide plastic cutlery or napkins so we had to ask the front desk at the hotel if they had any spare. This normally isn't a problem until it is a problem. We managed. The Fresh Chips and Queso came in a small bag with about 3 oz of chips, which was not enough to share. The queso itself was good. All in all, a good value and everyone was full.

Breakfast is great when it's fresh! the pico and salsa are nice and fresh at 6am too :)
the queso?... unbearable lol. I'm not sure what other to say than.. that's not cheese.

Breakfast tacos are the bomb. Queso def not worth the price but it's sooo good. They never seem to have salsa or pico though :(
