The Papanachos were so good! Although I received tortilla chips instead of fries (making it regular nachos), it was still really delicious and has a lot for such a good price. Soft Tacos was okay

i saw them on IG and decided to try their food i ordered door dash the food is AMAZING! fresh ingredients, food was still hot , not greasy ,carne asada was perfectly cooked very tender. honestly best mexican restaurant in the sfv hands down !

I ordered the BOGO taquitos deal and was extremely disappointed. What was advertised as four taquitos appeared to be only two taquitos cut in half to make it look like four separate pieces. That felt misleading and did not match my expectations based on the menu description and photos.
The guacamole was heavily oxidized, had turned brown, and tasted stale rather than fresh. The taquitos themselves seemed as though they had been microwaved instead of freshly prepared. They were soft with no crunch, lacked flavor, and were not enjoyable to eat.
To make matters worse, the food looked nothing like the images shown on DoorDash. The presentation, quality, and portion size were significantly different from what was advertised. Overall, this meal did not meet basic expectations for freshness or accuracy, and I would not order these items again. I am requesting a refund due to the poor quality and misleading presentation of the order.
