The Escargots were delicious but I wanted more bread to soak up all the delicious flavor.
The Duck Confit was also delicious. The duck itself was perfect. The accompanying frise salad was a little bitter and would have been helped with a citrus dressing rather than the acidic balsamic dressing.
The beef in the Beef Bourguignon was plentiful, tender and very yummy. But I didn't care for the gravy in that it seemed a bit undeveloped -- almost like a beef base.
Overall, all the main components of each dish were 5star! Delicious! It was the details that need a bit more refining.

Beef Bourguignon is fantastic but the portion is absolutely tiny for $40/bowl. They should at leave add more broth instead of leaving the container half empty.

The Mashed Potatoes are usually amazing but tonight the flavor and consistency were off and the garnish definitely did not improve the flavor. I hope this was a one time issue and not a permanent change. Also, I order the Peppercorn Sauce but received beef jus.
