Tried this out due to dash promo percentage off... Flavor not as great as other locations of Lena y Carbon... Saltado was very dry... meat was over cooked and tough. The ratio of meat was little to none, more fries than actual meat and rice was very dehydrated. Dish was also missing eggs that other locations have served consistently with this dish.

The rice is okay the green sauce makes it better. I've ordered the rotisserie chicken before but it was not up to par, it lacked the that deep rotisserie flavor and color. The food seems overpriced it's more about quantity than quality. Idk if it's doordash prices or a merchant promotion but one time the beef chicken mix rice was priced at $13.95 & then all other times it showed $17. However They are generous in their servings the rice can feed three people and the food in general is very filling.

Chicken undercooked and red at the bone. Tostones were a dark brown color like fried with old oil, did not taste good. papa A La Huancaina overpriced for 1 Potato.

I'm very disappointed this time. calamari was awful with mostly fried bread and few visible calamaris. it seemed microwaved. secondly, the Ceviche's fish was not soft and tender at all. it had a very soil taste and a darker color. I was always a big fan of this place, but it is definitely lost quality.
