4pc dark chicken & roll was hot and fresh Chicken gizzard and the gizzards are the best in Memphis. I now order from this place at least 2 times a week. And if you have any concerns just call up there and they always answer the phone. The gizzards are so good if l go on there to order them and l don't see them l call them and ask what happened with the gizzards. 2 to 3 minutes later it pops back up on Door Dash
