Whenever I order pizza, I order four ranch sauces, but they never arrive. Little Caesars is really bad about this. Why do they charge me for them? They charge my card.

This is my favorite pizza from Little Caesars. Unfortunately, I ordered extra cheese and didn't receive it. I paid for it and I wanted it also they didn't cut it to my specifications, but that's not a big deal. I just don't know if they actually read the slips or not.
