The combination noodle bowl was one of the best meals I've had in awhile. Very filling and flavorful!

Authentic pho with all the included (but optional) bean sprouts, green onions, basil leaves, and jalapeño peppers. You assemble this pho yourself, and I appreciate things were separated for freshness.
Broth is good, plentiful and piping hot, so be careful when pouring.
Sriracha and Housin sauce are included in packets so you can add in the amount you prefer.
I would definitely order again.

Beef Banh Mi was authentic in flavor, bread was the right level of crispy for me. I don't usually like super toasted bread that falls apart in chunks with every bite, so this was perfect. I liked the grilled beef, will definitely order it again. The filling itself was notably spicy thanks to the jalapeños, so if you don't like spicy, maybe request for those omitted.
Vietnamese spring rolls were also great, very similar to what my dad makes at home. I usually prefer hoison sauce and sriracha, so I'd like to see those options added to the menu, but the peanut sauce was new to me and I think worthwhile trying if you like something on the sweeter side.

Combo rice plate was awesome. Egg was nice and runny, shrimp were tasty, egg rolls crispy. Sauce was good too. Highly recommend.

I definitely just found my new favorite pho spot after trying for the second time. The taste is sooo good and everything is cooked to perfection I highly recommend this place!
