The First Date Box and O-Fish-Al-Date Box were beyond expectations. We were low-key expecting the sushi to arrive in typical to-go containers, but the presentation was impeccable. We have eaten at the restaurant several times so felt comfortable to try take-out for once, and are beyond happy with the quality. The quality of the fish and rolls tasted the same as in restaurant. Highly recommed for a staying-in type of date night!

Veggie tempura was soggy and the batter fell off. The rolls were so poorly rolled that they came apart just picking up a piece. And the wasabi was neon green and spiceless. I could have gotten better sushi from the counter at Vons.

This place doesn't know how to pack the steaming hot food separately from the cold sushi. Whenever I order my sushi is warm and disgusting. Even when I specifically request for it to be packed separate.

This is the second time they put the soup on top of everything (noodles, sushi, etc). It doesn't hold properly, and it always ends up spilling everywhere and on everything.

First of all, Danielle was exceptional in helping get my order together. That seems to be the only positive thing I can say. The Assorted Sashimi Salad was not great. The fish was low grade in quality or has been frozen & thawed too many times. I can immediately smell and taste the difference. Also, the restaurant gave off this very stale smell when you came in. I won't be returning.
