The broth in the 21. Spicy Beef & Pork Rice Noodle Soup / 順化牛肉湯瀨粉 had nice spice and good depth. The tofu in the 64. Veggie or Tofu / 菜/豆腐 was fried and soft on the inside. The 22. Crab Meat & Tomato Rice Noodle Soup / 蟹肉湯米粉 had good ingredients.

The 47. Combination Of Well-Done, Rare Beef & Beef Ball Noodle Soup / 特別牛肉湯河粉 only gives you a few raw pieces of meat and 2 pieces of tendon. Literally all noodles. Go to oasis instead. They know how to give a lot of noodle and meat.

This spot has the best Noodle soups! The beef pho was solid, so I decided to try the bun rieu. Sometimes, getting the 55. Crab Meat & Tomato Rice Noodle Soup / 蟹肉湯米粉 can be a gamble, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. The crab flavor was fresh, and the meatballs were delicious! They did not skimp on the amount, either. I had enough for 2 meals! I Will definitely be ordering

The dish was good and included a rib bone! I wish the soup had more lemongrass as the taste of BBH was very mild. However, the noodles, toppings and veggies were all right. The 3 color dessert was delicious! I would order from this restaurant again and try other dishes!

Oily broth, noodles got soft very fast. They did provide a lot of veggies/toppings which was nice. Good amount of meat.
