This is my go to place for a good meat and 3, but today the dressing was too salty to eat and the flounder pieces were small and tough. Pretty disappointing.

My in-laws were in town from Kentucky. I knew some great country cooking would make the last night of their visit special. Lizard's Thicket did not disappoint!

Ordered fried chicken, beef stew, country fried steak. Stew tasted like like vinegar. Country fried steak was dry and hard to cut. Zero flavor on gravy, stale bread..

I actually enjoy the food. and happy to be able to order on DoorDash. However, the last order was very disapointing as nothing smoked sausage orders (in the meal and side order) were burnt. Luckily. One thing is I wish they would add the ability to order a side order of just extra NGravy bc when in their restaurant you can request extra gravy.
