Was ok, very very dry meat. Peppers and onions for the tacos was really a very small cup of squash. Guacamole was eh, very salty

Why would George Lopez put his name on a restaurant like this Carnitas more than half the dish IS FAT and Wet. I can't Carnitas is fried shredded beef slow cooked in the ground for hours. This is FATTY POT ROAST. The tamale is huge but some of the Mesa is uncooked and did this tamale take a bath in water because it is completely wet and not a good wet. I want my order remade to atleast be edible
