There was a small amount of fries that were freezing cold and unseasoned. I paid for the truffle fries and they just tasted like wet cold cheese. Absolutely not worth the $12 I paid for the extra side. This place is way too expensive for food that I could get at higher quality at a gas station for a dollar. The employee I spoke with apologized, refunded my payment, and advised me to place a replacement order. Since I'm really hungry, I've been picking pieces of meat out and nibbling at the veggies as I wait for my new order... this food is REALLY good! The lamb & chicken has great flavor with a perfect texture - obviously fresh and not dried out at all. The Baba Ghannouj Dip is probably the best I've tasted. Since I was really looking forward to my hummus dish, I'm waiting until it arrives so I can enjoy everything together as intended, but this is so good it's making it very difficult! I've never ordered from here until tonight; I'm eating later than usual so I just chose a place that was open and had chicken with hummus - I was pleasantly surprised to see this mixed dish with both chicken and lamb. I'm honestly kinda thankful my usual place was closed because it led me to discovering Pita Kabob Grill! "So bad, the Lobster Mac didn't have lobster, it tasted and looked like imitation crab. I gagged eating it and ruined the Mac and cheese. The Mushroom Swiss Burger was completely soaked on the bottom from the grease to the point the paper in the container disintegrated plus the patties were overcooked. The App Sampler was horrible, the corn dogs tasted like they were breaded in cake, the pretzels had no salt, the elote dip tasted like plain cream cheese mixed with canned corn and cilantro while the lime they gave me tasted rotten plus the chips were stale, and the Nashville chicken was disgustingly sweet, the Loaded Cosmik Fries App had almost no seasoning on the fries and the cheese had no flavor, the Lemon Cake was dry, the frosting was grainy, and it had a metallic after taste. Genuinely one of the worst restaurants I've ever had, I'm trying to get as much of a refund as I can because for $90 for 2 people we shouldn't be hungry with a pile of leftovers we're going to throw away."
