#5. Burro smothered in chile served with rice and beans
If I ever kill a man and wind up on death row, the adovada ribs (with two fried eggs on top) will be my last meal. It's hard to even put into words how great this meal is. Very spicy, but not at the expense of flavor. Not just the best Mexican cuisine in the Valley, but literally the best Mexican food I've ever had anywhere. This is the one place I take anyone who is visiting from out of town (assuming they can handle the heat). Simply outstanding. This review is for a DoorDash order, but dining in is also a great experience. Their "kick ass" margaritas are also fantastic, the wait staff is friendly and attentive and the chips and salsa are fresh and delicious (especially the red salsa). If you can't handle spicy food, I genuinely feel sorry for you, because this is some of the best food you could ever try.

it's Los Dos! everything is always awesome and packs the New Mexico heat. The Enchilada Dinner with Cheese dinner had a generous portion and tasted fantastic! Their red hot salsa is delicious! Also, I received everything I ordered.

I order the red D. Red Chile Pozole, I. Chicken Fundido and Homemade Adovada Empanadas at least once a week. I cannot put into words how incredibly delicious the food here is. My order is always right and the consistency with the food has never disappointed.
The empanadas and posole have legit become an obsession. Soooooooo good!

The adovada ribs were just so delicious! The red sauce is so tangy all Hatch red chili just like they made in NM when I lived there. Best New Mexican restaurant in Phoenix area. The machaca taco is to die for! Spicy HOT shredded beef in red sauce. Been to the South Mountain location and Mesa ever since 1981. Always tastes just as awesome each time.

Relleno was awesome as usual! Super perfect heat level and delicious beans and rice with a warm tortilla! Green sauce is phenomenal! And perfect every time!
