I could eat here every week and never get tired of it! Los Jilbertos is one of those hidden gems that never disappoints. Their cheese enchiladas with that amazing enchilada sauce are my absolute favorite, and the tacos are always delicious too. Everything is consistently fresh, packed with flavor, and a great value for the price. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out! Five stars every time.

I got the Super Nachos with beef. Out of 5 stars I'd say it's a 3. The ingredients are really super fresh, the guacamole on the nachos are great. The meat is really tender - the portion is a good size for the price value. However, the flavor is tremendously lacking, no flavor or seasoning on the meat at all. I would prefer to see a bit more flavor on the meat. Chips were fresh and still crispy

I have been going to los jilbertos for almost 20 years and I have never had such a salty Bean and Cheese Burrito in my life 😭I get one atleast once a month and this is the only one I couldn't finish, it was so salty😭 the Hard Shell Taco was literally dripping with liquid/juices/water so I had to eat it immediately so it didn't get soggy but it did taste good, just so much liquid.

ive been all around the area trying to find san diego portions this is the only place ive found that comes even close. quality of food is r e a l l y good as well in all their locations
