We ordered Libra de Barbacoa / Pound of Barbacoa and Paquete Tortillas de maiz 2 Lb . They included all of the extras to enhance the flavor further.
This is the best I have tasted from this area. The Barbacoa was not greasy and a Pound was sufficient or at least 7 fat tacos or a dozen lightly/normal filled tacos.
Also, the price is affordable. We have ordered from more well known places near here and the price for a pound was twice the price.
Everything was fresh and delicious.
We will order again.

Solo puedo decir… ¡WOW!
Después de mucho tiempo buscando el mejor menudo, por fin lo encontré. Pedí un galón y en menos de 30 minutos mi familia se lo terminó… ¡y todavía querían más!
No cabe duda: Carnicería Los Molina tiene un sazón increíble, excelente calidad y ese sabor auténtico que te hace sentir como en casa.
Además, quiero compartir algo importante:
soy médico y dueño de una clínica, y por mi experiencia siempre trato de recomendar comida de calidad, bien preparada y balanceada. Este menudo me sorprendió porque no es excesivamente grasoso, se siente limpio, bien cocinado y —al ser grasa natural/animal— se nota que es un producto hecho con cuidado y respeto por el cliente.
Los precios quizá no son los más baratos, pero sinceramente cada dólar vale la pena por el sabor, la porción y la calidad.
Lo recomiendo con toda confianza para familias, reuniones o simplemente para darse un buen gusto con un menudo auténtico y delicioso.

I bought the barbacoa, fajita, and lengua flour tacos. The marinade of the fajita taco was exceptional. They were generous with the meat portion as well as the condiments. Everything tasted really fresh and I would definitely order from them again!
