Lou's never disappoints. The best of Chicago style pizza. Scheduled ahead of time because I knew this style of pizza can take a little longer. They had it ready on time when my driver arrived. Cheddar cubes were good and still had a crunchy outside, even though they were in a closed container. Kids pasta was also good.

The prices are insane and the flavors are completely underwhelming. I've had little Cesar's pizza better than this. I got a tiny personal pizza at the same price as a whole Costco pizza. Lou Deep Dish Malnati Chicago Classic™ tasted like something out of a middle school kitchen

The food was really tasty, i got the lou's deep dish. My only complaint is that the personal size is really tiny for the price. Just be prepared for it to barely feed one person.

I am forgiving with most food, but this pizza was by far the worst I have ever had. I ordered two personal deep dish and the first thing I said was, "Safeway frozen pizza taste better than this". First, they were so small, the crust taste awful, there was hardly any cheese on it and the sauce was watery. I've had deep dish and this wasn't deep dish, this was thick bread. For $50 I was expecting amazing pizza. I was very disappointed.

The food overall was lousy. The pizza was awfu the sauce is weird has no tatse at all the Deep Dish Pepperoni was a big no for me, the pepperonis were weird. The only good items was the fried cheeseballs and the desert. It would have been nice to receive silverware and a napkin especially since it was delivered to a hotel room.
