• 6/18/26I was a little frustrated that my pizza didn't have enough sauce usually it does. It looked like only one scoop of sauce was used. When I called to ask about it, the manager told me they measure their sauce and there wasn't anything she could do. The conversation felt dismissive, and I was disappointed by her attitude.
I've ordered from this location many times and have never had an issue before, so this experience was surprising. I did ask if I could stop by after work to pick up some extra sauce, and she said yes, which I appreciated. However, the pizza just wasn't my favorite today and didn't meet the quality and service I've come to expect from this location.

• 4/18/25I ordered a basic cheese pizza. It had the most peculiar taste and smell. It was almost bitter. I had to throw it out. By far the worst pizza I have ever tried, including grocery store frozen pizza. I also selected the well done option, which supposedly includes an extra 5 minutes in the oven. It arrived underdone. For the first time in my life, I threw it away. But at least I ordered dessert, right? Wrong. The chocolate obsession was frozen solid. Once it had thawed enough to nibble at it, I realize that it had no taste but somehow also had a terrible after taste. It was like eating ice, not chocolate. Eventually I realized that too must be thrown out. I have NEVER had an inedible chocolate dessert. I didn't know it was possible. After eating food elsewhere, I know for sure that my taste buds are fine and I'm not sick. I'm not made of money and this was expensive. This was supposed to be a treat and I regret it so much. How is this so highly rated? I'm mystified.

• 4/22/26It is mostly dough than beef, not seasoned & VERY greasy. Literally taste like a dough of grease.. Wouldn't recommend it.

• 2/21/25The pizza left a foul after-taste, after a very mediocre original taste. The entire pizza was also soaked in grease which was very off-putting. I think this is one of the worst gluten-free pizzas I've ever had.
