order the big velvet Everytime it's a better value then any other restaurant or fastfood joint it's like 2lbs of food on one sandwich love this place

They literally gave me 99% lettuce and 3 or 4 small pieces of grilled chicken. The croutons were stale. I ordered 3 additional ranch and received only 1. I am very dissatisfied with this order. Before the Lakeland store was added to door dash, the winter haven location never sent me an order like this. I will not be ordering from here again.

hands down the Big Velvet has to be the best sandwich I have ever eaten not to mention you can make 2 meals out of it definitely recommend I order it every single time
