first there were no errors in the order, so that's a big plus. everything ordered arrived, including the utensils. more than 10 years ago I would go to macayo's for the Baja tamales. they don't seem to be on the menu anymore but the tamale-bites appetizer sufficed -- pretty amazing and probably addicting because of the crispy outside and soft tamale inside and the baja sauce. as a surprise I got chips and salsa with the order, and one reason it was so perfect is the large cup of salsa that was included was not some little tiny vial that you could fill up with four quarters. if you're going to serve salsa with a sack of chips, make sure there's enough of it! that's what macayo's has done here so i appreciate that they know what they're doing.

Flan tasted okay but was runny and not as advertised. Was described "served in a glass mason jar with a Mexican cookie". It came by itself in a paper cup. Perhaps change the description and make it lass than $9. The burrito was large and tasty. Came with a fairly large bag of chips. Ty!

DELICIOUS!! Order arrived, and it was still hot. 1lb Chips were even hot and plentiful. 2 Items & 2 Sides shredded beef tacos were loaded and so good. Spinach Con Queso was really good, but was a very small portion. I can't imagine that would feed more than a single person. I will still order from here again.

Macayos has been my go to place for he past 10 years. However the quality and quantity are declining. Red Corn Taquitos are less than half the size they used to be. The Chimi Grande is a good size but was so spicy that we could barely eat it. **Last but not least, they ignored every single customization requested. Sadly it's time for a new Mexican food restaurant.

super disappointing take out experfect. Mini Chimichangas were drenched in garnish, didnt know to order on side. so chimis were already not crispy because of condensation from take out ccontainer,dumping wet salsa spur creamand top just made for a soggy mess. 1/2 Pint Baja Sauce was separated perhaps due to the heat. and the Plain Churro was incredibly overpriced for what looked like a sad single, less than fresh churro chopped into pieces to fit In a take out cup. would have gotten 4 times as much food for a fraction of the cost from Costco and it would have tasted better. big fan in restaurant, will skip the takeout next time.
