Toppings are not being mixed into the ice cream. When you pay 17.00 for your order you expect more than a couple of m&ms and Oreos on the top.

I received my order and one of the things I ordered was a shake. I'm disappointed though, when I orders from other restaurants there is something covering my drink. There's usually a sticker or something. I would like for there to be a better way to make sure food is safe while being transported.

Was missing contents in the bag. Ordered cookies and they were claimed to have been included with my order, but weren't. Ice cream was good, but service was poor.
