I have ordered cookies from here three times in the past week and each time they have been old and overcooked. The very first time I ordered these two weeks ago they were absolutely wonderful! They were still warm when they arrived and they were cooked just right I'm not sure what happened every time after that but it's been really disappointing.

Would have 5 Stars IF I had gotten the variety of cookies I asked for. I wanted 2 of each & I got ALL chocolate chip instead so very disappointed about that considering the price you pay & it being my first time ordering. The taste/texture is OUTSTANDING!

HIGHLY disappointed! 3rd time ordering & my order was completely wrong. I dealt with it the first 2 times b/c they were good & soft & all chocolate chip which was a basic favor. However this 3rd time? ALL cookies were STALE-OVERCOOKED! This time was the worst experience yet & sadly has turned me away from ever ordering here again! It's not even a real cookie store, it's a shop that sales a variety of different brands so I don't believe they take pride in how they serve their customer b/c if so this wouldn't be my 3rd time ordering & it's incorrect :/

Ordered box of 12 build your own box. Picked 6 different cookies and should have received 2 of each. Instead received all Heath Bar and one chocolate chip. Although cookies were good, would never order from again for this reason.
