We love the taco dinner and order it frequently. There is a good amount of meat and everything is fresh. Steak is our favorite. Their pastor is good too.

I love Markitos, which I why I didn't go three stars on this one, but the Chimichangas Dinner was filled with a disproportionate amount of refried beans. To the point where there were many bites that were exclusively refried beans. Could only get through half of it before calling it quits. The bites with less refried beans were great though. Their steak is excellent.
Not sure what was going on with the Cheese Dip & Chips (4 oz), but something seemed off. It seemed almost like it had a sweetness to it. Then it wasn't as hot as it normally is.
Despite those issues, four stars because my experience is normally excellent and I don't want to dissuade people from trying Markitos, just want to relay the experience.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in town. My girlfriend loves it as well and as a world traveler she says this is the best Mexican food she's ever had. Great people work there and the margaritas are amazing! A+++++ every time

The food was not fresh, the chicken was super salty and very disappointing. We usually have good food from there but it fell flat this time considering the price.

I love the added touch that my warm chicken for my salad came separately so it didn't wilt the lettuce!
and as always the salsa is to die for. amazing
