I really enjoy Nikutama Udon. It is my go-to Udon, whenever I go to this restaurant.
The noodle is soft. The soup is slightly salty, but well-balanced. The beef is sweet.
Everything about Nikutama is perfect.

Amazing udon, great staff, and excellent service.
Udon is and continues to be delicious. I had the Kitsune Udon with shrimp and zucchini tempuras. From the first time to now, it's still delicious. Udon is cooked to perfection. Broth is flavorful enough, but I had the staff add scallions to enrich the flavor.
Shrimp and zucchini tempuras complimented my meal. Both had crunchy exteriors but very tender on the inside. Food has been delicious each time which is why I continue to go back when I'm in the mood for udon.
Staff was great. They were attentive and made sure they got my order right. Staff was also very friendly and professional when they served me.
Service was excellent. I did not have to wait that long before I was helped with my order. Once my order was complete, the cashier asked if I had everything I needed, to which I said yes. Transaction was completed and he thanked me for dining with them.

I love its Tan Tan noodle, it is delicious and spicy. I always add flakes and green onion to add the flavor. The dining area is cozy and comfortable. I almost eat here every week after a long boring weekend.

The main food was good and fresh. However, the green onion on the side went bad. As soon as I opened it, it smelled really bad and tasted sour. I already put the green onion on the food so I had to remove them. I've had this dish in store before, it never tasted sour. I hope they check prior to packing it next time.
