Everything is incredible taste wise. Every dish was delicious. The one downside is the picture of the lamb is big, delicious chunks, and what you get is just a little bit of ground lamb. Happened 3/3 times. I expect it now, but the flavor is excellent.

Way too expensive for what you get. Rubbery, fatty chicken, the Butter Chicken is $20 and you get a plate of leaves and rice with virtually no butter chicken.

I will not be ordering from Masala again. Replaced a vegetarian/vegan option with what seemed to be lamb. Masala advertises itself as very vegan/vegetarian friendly, so this was extremely disappointing.
The Royal Thali meal was 25 dollars and consisted of three takeout containers that were 1/3 full (about three heaping spoonfuls) and a large takeout container half-full of basmati rice. I have ordered this meal before and there was a lot more food.
I did not receive any garlic naan. The chutney platter was three small side sauces.
Masala fries seem to be a good choice - they were fresh. The raira seemed correct. After this, I personally will not be ordering from Masala again. I think Taj is more consistent, has better indian food and is more often correct in its orders, and more vegetarian friendly.
I know this place is very well-reviewed - maybe I got a bad hand.

The portions are tiny! The Butter Chicken was good, but there was a little over 1 cup, most likely 1.5 cups, which is a tiny portion for $20. Same with Saag Paneer, bare 1.5 cups. The Naan was very thick and didn't taste like garlic at all.

The mild Keema Masala (Lamb Masala) is absolutely delicious! Spices are just right. Also therice is fluffy and the Garl Naanic is perfectly doughy. Cannot pass up the Butter Chicken either-def must have!
