This place is great in Mekong Plaza. I was worried it wouldnt travel well but they packed it with one end open so it stayed crispy and hot.

Mushroom Jianbing / 蘑菇煎饼 did not have many mushrooms in it and was spicy even though I wanted mild spice. Was mostly shredded potato, which was very al dente.
Chinese Donut 油条 was not very sweet and tasted mostly like frying oil.
Was excited to try this place, it seems unique, but was a bit disappointed.

Just not that good.
Spice level was entirely from some bottled spice mix.
It's edible, but not much more.
