Great food! Potato soup was excellent, hot, cheesy and wonderfully seasoned. I appreciated they wrapped the soup in plastic to keep it safe. Which was great since the soup arrived upside down. The sweet tea was not that sweet. But the peach 1/2 sweet tea 1/2 lemonade was delicious.

The sandwich was sloppy, half of it was outside the bread when I opened it. I also found a plastic tab about an inch long in the chicken salad. The side was about 1/4 of a cup. 3 pieces of cucumber and 6 chunks of tomato. Not worth the $$ and I wouldn't order from here again.

Ohhh ho hooo McAlister's you guys did it again!! You have definitely made my taste buds happy. I just wish you would allow us to customize our sandwiches. I would surely love some mayo and pickles on my The New Yorker sandwich 🥪. The Broccoli & Cheddar Soup was very cheesy in the best way. Must I comment on the Brownie ... I mean it compliments itself to be honest... with all it's decadent chocolate bits. Can you say delish 😉 🤤. I have never tasted a Famous Tea brewed to perfection like the one i tasted today, I mean except for my delicious Southern peach sun tea. It's smooth and you can actually taste the tea leaves. Everyone loves the Potato Salad ... I don't know if that is imitation egg in it or tofu but it's actually really good 😊. So a thank you is in order for not letting me down this time. Please allow us to customize our sandwiches 🥪😋, that would ve great.

Totally skimp on the kids. They said there was no fresh fruit available as kids sides but I had fresh fruit in my salad. I know they don't make those salads that far in advance. kids food was basically like frozen stuff you would buy at Costco. Kid entrees arrived kind of hard and dry.
While still trying to feed my kids something healthy for their growing bodies I substituted some mac & cheese and broccoli in Lieu of that fresh fruit they said they didn't have.
Broccoli had scorched spots throughout because it was over micro waved. Any good cook knows you can't microwave already cooked broccoli like that. And they literally gave me giant Styrofoam drink cups for their sides with like 1-2 tablespoons in the very bottom for them. They were all still hungry. Which makes me angry because I paid an up charge for their fruit which has not been refunded even though I didn't get it!

Ordered the large bowl of red beans and rice. The rue was thin and too hot and spicy for my taste, but I assumed red beans and rice meant that there would by rice in the meal. Nope! There may have been a grain or two every other spoonful but if it was I missed it.
