The sausage and egg McMuffins were good as usual, BUT I am highly disappointed with the large McCafes at not being offered the option of a shot of espresso for my coffee (the way I ALWAYS order them).

The medium coffee I ordered wasn't full. The McMuffin was burnt all around the edges and the egg was way overcooked! The hashbrown and Dr. Pepper were the only items that looked as they should :(

I ordered the Big Breakfast meal. The eggs were hard as a rock, so was the biscuit and I had to use a steak knife to cut the sausage. The Sausage Biscuit was the same way, hard as a rock. The Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit was hard as well.

We ordered a Dr Pepper®. Not only did we spend $17 to get it delivered to us, we ordered no ice, AND the syrup was out so the drink was absolutely disgusting. Very very upset about this. Posted picture of what the disgusting drink looks like. Definitely not okay. Not even at the bottom.

Dang dude it was stacked expertly and neatly. Like the japanese mcdonals ones on YouTube. Picasso working up front. Also all my stuff was there and yummy. Great job
