Fr best McDonald's I have ever had the French Fries were so fresh and hot and there was so many French Fries at the bottom of the bag like Five guys and my first time having the Oreo frappe it was so good

The chicken nuggets are the most consistent item based on texture and temperature.
The Filet-O-Fish sandwiches are usually overcooked.
It's hit and miss with the French fries. Sometimes they are fresh and warm by the time you get home. Other times they are soggy and tastes like the grease needs to be changed.
The restaurant is popular because of the location and late hours. The quality is worse at night. Not worth the long lines or delivery delays while dashers are stuck in the line.

Both Filet-O-Fish® were overcooked including the bread and the fish, like they microwaved too many times. The fish was hard and I paid for extra tartar sauce but it was dry.

I do believe the McDonald's on 98th Ave. at International in Oakland is the best location in the East Oakland area. My understanding is that they are all franchises, so the variation in quality between locations makes sense.
Food tastes fresher here than at other locations.
Lines can be LONG in the drive-through. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has noticed that the quality is better here than at other McDonald's locations that can't be more than a mile away (I'm thinking of the one on Hegenberger and Davis Street).
That said, something inside me prevents me from giving ANY fast food establishment five stars because it's just not a five-star experience.
