Not to mention they did not make my food with a few modifications (no lettuce, no slivered onion, add bacon). They did not even make it how it is supposed to be made by default (did not put crispy onions on. Was excited to try it but was greeted with a mismade sandwich but a very poorly made and sloppy version of what is supposed to be your new hot item. Bun was horrible. Tried a bite of the whole thing. Very sloppy. Ended up eating just the patties with lettuce and onion scraped off. Will say the patties were cooked well and the sauce had a good flavor. Just disappointed it was not made how I ordered.

Nuggets we're not cooked enough and we're almost soggy. Fries were also not cooked enough. Funny enough the cookie was too hard lol. Usually food is good but sucked tonight

The chicken sandwich was old stale and cold. It was also stringy, I'm not sure why. So gross. The kids meal didn't come with the boo box so it wasn't even the correct order. Waste of money and time.

the buns on Double Cheeseburger were hard not soft like they usually are. the packing was awful and the sandwich presentation was awful just slapped everything wasn't neat.

They follow everything I needed and he was amazing! Wonderful experiences after many times using door dash. Just hate the fees....
