just too much tartar or fish and mayo on chicken otherwise still hot and fresh both Daily Doubles made correctly and was hot and fresh also

Let me start by saying I understand places get busy, especially during the summer. My DoorDash driver waited 34 minutes for my order, and I appreciate them for sticking it out. They communicated the entire time, had no attitude, and got my food to me as quickly as they could. I tipped them well because none of this was their fault.
What was McDonald’s fault was somehow managing to leave out half my order.
I ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Meal. A meal comes with fries. Where were they? Missing. I also paid for an extra small fry. Also missing.
So not only did I get zero fries, but the cheeseburgers were cold, like they’d been sitting there the entire time waiting for someone to finally hand them out. It honestly felt like they made the sandwiches, forgot everything else, and just sent the order anyway.
This is what I don’t understand: there’s a receipt on the bag, a receipt in front of the employees, and the order on the screen. How do you still miss both the fries that come with the meal and the extra fries that were paid for? Mistakes happen, sure, but that’s not a small mistake. That’s half the order.
The only thing they managed to get right was my Sprite, which, surprisingly, wasn’t just carbonated water for once.
At this point, if I’m craving fast food late at night, I’ll probably just go with Whataburger. At least when I order from there, I actually get the ketchup I asked for, my fries are in the bag, they’re filled up, and my burger tastes like it was made fresh instead of sitting around getting cold.
This was just frustrating from start to finish.
