Seems platter left under heat lamp too long. Eggs had that hard dry egg crust on top. Sausage also over cooked.

The Big Mac seemed like it had been put in a panini press. it was hard and almost crunchy but not stale. Not that good. The nuggs were good but what happened to the MAMBO sauce?
