Everything I ordered was in the order, and it was still piping hot even though I live 7 miles out of town. There was a wait time for my dasher whoch they informed me of and apologized for! They had no feason to since that is normal anyways and lets be honest... I was happy I didn't have to sit in person for it. I'd highly recommend this because for the delivery fee it pays for the gas I'd spend going there myself and it's convenient when you have children and don't want to make a trip that far just for food. It's just like ordering pizza to me. kJust want to add our family has picky needs and many special requests with the sandwiches , each having added toppings and sauces and cheese! To my surprise they got it all correct and really didn't cut me short with the fresh cookies. We always order the huge pack of them. Overall, totally worth it. If you do happen to have a problem with the food you can call them and they will make it right.

I never complain but my food was barely edible and some of it not at all. The big mac had like 4X as much mac sauce as usually and was an absolute mess. Mcchicken patty was thin and hard as a rock. My son's burger was so burned he wouldn't touch it

Ordered a Large Shamrock Shake® with extra whipped cream and the cup was only filled like I had ordered a Medium. This is the second time I've had an issue with ordering from McDonald's in a row.

The fries were old as hell for a 20 nugget only gave 2 sauces nuggets were definitely old I worked there when I was 16 and definitely know they just reset timers same with the fries sandwiches were falling apart definitely wouldn't recommend and want a refund or at least a partial refund at this point worst experience yet

The chicken was ice cold and they gave me like the smallest piece they possibly could give me It was smaller than the bun The fries were ice cold and there was no crisp to them they were literally soggy and I ordered a Dr pepper with it and I end up with a Coke and I also ordered two cookies and cream pies two pack and never received them
