The fries were harder than hockey puck and seemed to be very old fries from earlier in the day
Also my nuggets were kinda stale and didn't have the sauce available that I selected

Big Mac and chicken sandwiches both dry. I asked for no lettuce on the Big Mac but they still put lettuce on.

They exaggerate with the orders, they don't even put any fry in them and the nuggets look like they're 3 days old, hard and taste bad.

Again you forgot the burrito. Did you make it a store policy to leave the ordered burrito out of every 1 to 3 orders?
You also forgot the side of sausage.
Maybe I should select a different fast but consistently bad order fulfillment food joint.
